Carbon River Capital was formed by David Levitt, Max Benedict and Bradley Rosely after years of investing and developing real estate together through Third Coast Development (opens in a new tab).
The partners brought complementary backgrounds in corporate finance, brokerage, development, acquisitions and capital structuring to a common investment platform.
Carbon River was created to pursue opportunities beyond traditional ground-up development, including stabilized acquisitions, value-add real estate, sale-leasebacks and transactions where operating businesses and real estate intersect.
Today, the firm invests its own capital alongside investment partners in opportunities where the team believes its experience can create an advantage.
We remain deliberately principal-led. The people evaluating an investment before acquisition remain involved after closing.
