Biography of Bradley Rosely
Brad is Partner of Carbon River Capital and Principal and Co-Founder of Third Coast Development in Grand Rapids. He brings more than two decades of brokerage and real estate development experience.
Brad earned his degree in Banking and Finance from The University of Southern Mississippi, then moved to Grand Rapids to work for SJ Wisinski and Co., now NAI Wisinski of West Michigan. In 2004 he co-founded Third Coast Development with Dave Levitt, a commercial real estate development company focused on urban development and build-to-suit projects.
He has led several of its award-winning urban infill projects, including the Hampton Inn and Suites, Lumberyard Lofts and Mid Towne Village.
