Biography
Biography of David Levitt
Dave is Managing Partner of Carbon River Capital and Principal and Co-Founder of Third Coast Development in Grand Rapids. He brings more than 30 years of real estate investment and development experience to the firm.
A Chicago native, Dave moved to Ann Arbor to study at the University of Michigan and went on to earn his MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Ross School of Business. Before co-founding Third Coast Development he worked for several large global companies, including BP and Steelcase.
At Third Coast he has led several award-winning projects, including 833 Michigan St. and the Hampton Inn and Suites near downtown Grand Rapids. He holds a Michigan real estate license.
