Biography
Biography of Max Benedict
Max is Managing Partner of Carbon River Capital and heads deal flow, acquisitions and underwriting. He brings more than 15 years of brokerage and commercial real estate development experience.
After earning his degree in Finance from Michigan State University, Max moved to Grand Rapids to work for SJ Wisinski and Co., now NAI Wisinski of West Michigan. He joined Third Coast Development in 2006 and was named partner in 2013.
Max is closely involved in securing development incentives, which were a major component of the Diamond Place project led by Third Coast. He holds a Michigan real estate license.
