Ryan Van Dam

Ryan is Controller for Carbon River Capital and its affiliate Third Coast Development. He began his career with undergraduate and master's degrees from Grand Valley State University, then spent the next couple of decades putting that education to work in commercial banking and public accounting, serving a wide range of individual and commercial clients.

Since joining Third Coast Development in October 2019, Ryan has overseen that firm's financial operations and managed the administration of its real estate investment fund.

Ryan has lived in West Michigan for most of his life. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, being outdoors working on his yard, grilling, and golfing when he can.
